Barry J. Miller has practiced law for more than 30 years, specializing in securities, mergers and acquisitions, business transactions, and general business law.
Before entering private practice, he was with a prominent New York law firm, served on the staff of the Securities and Exchange Commission in Washington, D.C., and was assistant general counsel responsible for corporate and securities matters with a Fortune 150 company.
He is a graduate of The Mount Hermon School and Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. He received his law degree from the Catholic University School of Law in Washington, D.C. (top 5% of his class), where he served as Notes Editor on the Catholic University Law Review.
He has been admitted to practice in the States of New York, Michigan, Massachusetts and Missouri.
